This site is operated by Ascend Digital Marketing Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number [NUMBER]. Ascend Digital Marketing Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What This Site Collects
Visit statistics. Every visit is counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other sites.
Product analytics, only with your consent. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, the site loads PostHog, hosted in the EU. PostHog records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, and may record a replay of how you used a page, with anything typed into forms masked. I use this to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. If you click Reject, or do nothing, PostHog is not loaded and sets nothing.
Booking a call. Booking buttons open my calendar on TidyCal, which collects your name, email address and anything you choose to tell me. I use it only to arrange and prepare for the call. TidyCal processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Email. If you email me at chris@christopher-kelly.co.uk, the message is routed by Cloudflare to my mailbox, and my replies are sent through Brevo. I keep the correspondence for as long as it's needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.

You can change your mind at any time with the link, which is also in the footer of every page. Rejecting after accepting stops PostHog and removes its cookies from this site.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how it's used. Contact me at chris@christopher-kelly.co.uk. If you're unhappy with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
